Numerous hiking trails and bike tours lead right past our door. An idyllic outdoor pool awaits you in Gräfenberg.

  • Furnishing

    The small apartment S on the ground floor (1 double room) is functional, but also modern and of high quality and is suitable for a short stay for business people. The kitchenette is in the bedroom. The window in this room is mainly for ventilation purposes. The living room comes with a sofa bed, satellite TV and a dining area. The room view in the living room is limited towards the parking lot in front of the house. Use of the community garden with covered seating, sunbathing area and play equipment is possible.

  • minimum occupancy

    The minimum occupancy for our Apartment S is 1 person and the minimum length of stay is 2 nights (more nights depending on the season).

Apartment S plus
1 double room; 1-2 people

  • Furnishing

    Apartment S plus, 35sqm, consists of a double room with pantry kitchen and dining area as well as a separate daylight shower/toilet with washing machine. Free wifi, free parking. Non smoking apartment. Smoking area outside. Garden use possible.

  • occupancy variants

    1-2 people in 1 double room with king-size bed (2x2m).

  • minimum occupancy

    The minimum occupancy for our Apartment S plus is 1 person and the minimum length of stay is 2 nights (more nights depending on the season).

Apartment M

    Apartment M is located in the annex building (Bahnhofstraße 28) on the 1st floor.

      Apartment M plus is located on the 1st floor and can be booked separately or combined with Apartment S plus via a connecting door.

      Four bedrooms (2 doubles, 1 twin, 1 triple), living room, fully equipped kitchen, walk-in shower with washing machine and dryer, two separate toilets, breakfast terrace, garden use. Flat screen satellite TV devices in each bedroom and in the living room as well as a desk and a sink in each bedroom. Approx. 160 sqm. 1st floor.
