  • Furnishing

    The small apartment S on the ground floor (1 double room) is functional, but also modern and of high quality and is suitable for a short stay for business people. The kitchenette is in the bedroom. The window in this room is mainly for ventilation purposes. The living room comes with a sofa bed, satellite TV and a dining area. The room view in the living room is limited towards the parking lot in front of the house. Use of the community garden with covered seating, sunbathing area and play equipment is possible.

    Apartment S plus, 35sqm, consists of a double room with pantry kitchen and dining area as well as a separate daylight shower/toilet with washing machine. Free wifi, free parking. Non smoking apartment. Smoking area outside. Garden use possible.

    Apartment M plus is located on the 1st floor and can be booked separately or combined with Apartment S plus via a connecting door.
