The safety of your personal data is important to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). In the following, we will inform you about the aspects of data storage that are important to you at Apartment-Haus Gundelfinger.

Which of your data do we store?

1. Data storage after contact with us

If you contact us by telephone, e-mail or via a download from our website or a contact form, the data you provide (e.g. your name, your address, your e-mail address and your telephone number) will be stored by us in order to be able to process your requests, possibly over a longer period of time. 2. Data storage for the submission of offers and order processing

At the same time, we store the data you provide for the purpose of submitting an offer, processing the contract and generally for communication. In principle, data is not transmitted to third parties; with the exception of the transmission of bank data/credit card data to the processing bank/payment service provider for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the transport company/shipping company commissioned by us to deliver the goods and to our tax consultant to fulfill our tax obligations.

2. PayPal

If you choose the PayPal payment method, your personal data will be transmitted to PayPal. The prerequisite for using PayPal is opening a PayPal account. When using or opening a PayPal account, the name, address, telephone number and e-mail address, among other things, must be transmitted to PayPal. The legal basis for the transmission of the data is Article 6 Paragraph 1 lit. a GDPR (consent) and Article 6 Paragraph 1 lit. b GDPR (processing to fulfill a contract). With the PayPal payment option, you agree to the transmission of personal data such as name, address, telephone number and e-mail address to PayPal. As a rule, all data from the relationship with you is stored until the end of the tax retention period (10 years).

3. Visiting our website

If you contact us by accessing/downloading from our website, the data you provide will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the request and in the event of follow-up questions.

In the case of software downloads, we store your data for as long as you use the program or until you inform us in writing and confirm in a legally binding manner that you have irreversibly deleted the program(s).

In principle, we do not pass on this data without your consent, unless you contact us with a program problem. In this case, we may turn to an external consultant.
